Natural Beauty

by Jen Hopkins

In today's society, people have really lost sight of the value of nature. It has become unquestionably better to do it with technology, the man made way. One arena in which this especially rings true is facial care. People are willing to pay thousands to let doctors drug them up and sculpt their face with cold metal instruments. This is all a sham, because the same ends can be obtained for free by natural means.

It's the combination of exercises in CFF that gives you the build you want; a powerful, elegant and balanced look to the face and neck. With shaving you are exfoliating off dead skin cells. Great for the condition of the skin and making it look fresh and revitalized.

To begin with I bought the gadgets that use an electric charge to stimulate the facial muscles. While I saw some improvementiaa little smoothing out of the wrinklesiaholding these "things" to my face for one hour a day was just too inconvenient (not to mention unnatural). Isometrics alone were not effective enough. I needed something that would not only get rid of wrinkles, dark circles under eyes, puffy eyes, a double chin and more, but also give me a healthy complexion.

The facial exercise programs were either too short, too long, not working fast enough, or they didn't firm up my entire face nor address the wrinkles around my neck. I still wanted a natural skin care program that would be thorough, as well as easy to learn and easy to use.

My experience in the industry of personal care and presentation is deep. I have been a runaway and photographer model, run a clothing company, and taught yoga and aerobics. Through these practices, my knowledge regarding improving one's looks has become vast.

Appearance is especially important in today's society. This is not only applicable for the women. It can affect one's job and even relationships, guys. The caveman days are long gone. Give yourself an advantage in the world and put some real care into your appearance.

While unnatural, many surgical procedures are quite effective initially. People can look flawless. Yet, as aging occurs the gains fade and distortions return. This creates a never ending cycle of procedures over time. That's more money down the drain to be drugged up and prodded with needles.

A final and ever important piece of advice on skin care is to be careful with the sun. While healthy in moderation, too much sun exposure will reek havoc on the skin. Always wear sunscreen and use sunless tanners if possible.
